While fashion may declare that ‘pink is the new black’ or yellow is the season’s ‘must-have’ shade, for many of us these of-the-moment hues are no substitute for wear-with-everything neutrals, particularly when it comes to what we choose to carry. So when we were putting together the palette that would make up our debut collection, versatility, colour-wise, was front and centre.
But we also wanted a range of confident colours, timeless and trendless shades that would fit seamlessly into any wardrobe, as well as complement our clean, modern designs.
From the rawness of anthracite to the richness of claret, here’s a closer look at the final colour edit. Each of these eight shades is now part of our Buenos Aires Collection.
Cool and fresh, ice-toned shades provide the perfect contrast to summer’s vibrantly coloured looks.
Delicate greys soften up sharp styles and pair perfectly with warm weather brights.
Inspired by urban city streets, anthracite is an understated shade that’s all about that city grit.
A neutral that never dates, tan is a shade that looks equally good in summer and winter.
Effortlessly elegant, warm caramel colours add instant polish to any outfit.
Exuding a heritage feel, chocolate tones are also pleasantly earthy and grounding, as seen in the interiors inspiration above and the San Telmo below.
This seasonless deep-red hue provides a charming accent when worn with more neutral tones.
The ultimate forever-shade and #alblackeverything essential.
